The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We will only collect data that is necessary and relevant to the delivery of Martha Roz services. This includes any information you choose to provide that is deemed sensitive under applicable law.
When this policy mentions „I”, "we", "us" or "our", it refers to the controller of your information under this policy. The data controller responsible for your information is Sweet Creation by Marta Rozek its registered office at 29 Northumbria Close, S81 0SU Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
The data we collect is used only for providing the service you have requested or the product you have purchased in order to fulfil our contract with you. For orders where delivery has been selected please be aware that any personal details relating to the delivery, i.e. name, address, telephone number, will be passed onto external agencies in order to fulfil the delivery efficiently.
All order details will be kept in a secure manner via our IT infrastructure, and through secure back-ups of data, for as long as lawfully required. We will keep records of all order details including personal information for a period of 5 years, after this order details will be stored for statistical analysis but personal details will be deleted.
We may also use your data for anonymous statistical analysis and demographics; any data which may personally identify you will be removed. Any personal details collected as part of an enquiry will be deleted after 24 months, unless requested to be deleted before this.
If you wish for your data to be permanently deleted before this then please contact email@example.com. We will not use your personal data other than for the purposes specified at the time of collecting your data.

Conditions of sale for custom orders
Custom order processing time is 3-4 weeks before shipping.
Purchase only if you have already revceived a quote from me.
All custom orders are priced individually and are based on the product used, the design, any specific alterations and the time taken to create your custom order.
Once you have accepted the finished product, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable (unless found to be faulty, in this case please return your item to us within 30 days of your purchase for repair).
Should you not purchase the final item for any reason, it remains the property of MarthaRoz and we reserve the right to sell the item.
Any design created in the construction of the figure remains the property of Martha Roz and may not be reproduced.
How to store figurines?
Keep the figurines at room temperature cardboard box.
Do NOT store decorations in plastic containers.
DO Store in a cool, dry place.
DO NOT store decorations in the kitchen, refrigerator garage or shed!
DO NOT store the decorations next to strong flavours such as spices.
Never leave in direct sunlight.
MarthaRoz Cake figurines are cover modeling sugar paste but are not edible, decoration only.
Decorations made for decoration (not consumed) indefinitely if kept in the right condition.
The oldest models I have are 16 years old. They look as fresh as the day they were made, all because they have been stored in the right way.
Liability for Mistakes
While I will make all the effort to provide exactly details you have requested, the creation of a custom figurines is an art and may be subject to slight variations and/or errors by the creator(s), including colors.
The picture are an inspiration. The figurines are created for order. As the item is handmade, your order might differ from the pictured item.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURN
I offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on our returns except for custom orders.
This, however, is only available for UK mainland customers. This also excludes additional delivery charges that were made to send to you initially.
You can contact us within 7 days upon the arrival date of your order.
Please note the following:
Item/s must be new, unopened in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. It must also include your invoice order number. Your request will then be processed within 14 working days. Upon return of the item/s, I will investigate, and you will be contacted within 14 days of receipt. If you contact us outside the 7-day period upon receiving your order, there is nothing I can do to proceed with your request.
Processing time ( 5-7 working days)+ Carrier transit time ( 1-3 working days) = Estimated Delivery ( 6-10 working days).
Standard UK Delivery will not guarantee delivery on a specific date and may be left in a safe location. Please allow at least 6 working days should you need to contact me for tracking purposes. Please note that delivery to non-mainland UK remote will take longer.

Not refundable deposit for cake decorations bookings.
Deposits will be deducted from the final price of your order. Please contact me first to ensure your date is available and to discuss your requirements. Booking deposits are non-refundable.
I have a no refund policy on our deposits but if we are given at least 14 days notice I am happy to reschedule your booking for a later date.
If you wish to reschedule your booking please contact a member of the team via email to rearrange your booking for another available date.
A non-refundable deposit will be retained in the event that you don't purchase the final items for any reason. This covers the cost of our time to make your custom order.

If your ordered hasn't arrived
-If you still want your order Please ask me to send the item again if the item wasn’t delivered either: by an agreed date within a reasonable time - usually within 3-7 business days
-If you want to cancel your order You can cancel and ask for your money back if you don’t get the item either: within 30 days of buying it on the date you agreed with me
- If it was essential to receive it by then (for example, for an event) on the date of the second chance delivery you agreed with me.
If your item damaged during delivery
If your goods are damaged during delivery, you have the right to a refund, repair or replacement.
